Why this exists
QuickWorks was founded on a simple observation: most small businesses do not lose customers because their service is poor. They lose them because an enquiry sat unanswered, a booking had to go through a phone call, or a follow-up never happened. We build the systems that close those gaps.
The pattern repeats across every trade. A salon owner answering the same three questions twenty times a week. A clinic where reception spends the morning on confirmation calls. A cleaning company losing jobs because the quote took two days. None of them needed a bigger marketing budget. They needed the enquiry to be answered, the booking to be effortless, and the follow-up to happen without anyone remembering.

QuickWorks is run by two engineers — Augustine Adomako (United States) and Sylvester Apana (Ghana) — with 10+ years of combined engineering experience between them. Working across two time zones is deliberate rather than incidental: it means build work and client support overlap with a working day on both sides of the Atlantic.

We sell outcomes, not deliverables
A website is not the product. More enquiries answered, more appointments kept and fewer hours lost to admin — that is the product. If a piece of work will not move one of those numbers, we will tell you not to buy it.
We label every number honestly
Our client base is real and countable: 30+ hospitals, plus schools and private firms, across four countries. What we do not have yet is measured before-and-after data for them — so we publish none. The improvement percentages that used to sit on this site were modelled from industry norms, and we deleted them rather than keep explaining them in small print. The moment we have a verified outcome we will publish it with the client named and the period stated.
We build things you could leave
Standard tools, your accounts, your data, written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. If you ever want to move to someone else or bring it in-house, nothing is trapped and nothing is deliberately obscure.
We would rather lose a sale than oversell
If your existing site is fine and the real problem is that nobody follows up on leads, we will say so — even though the follow-up work is the smaller project. Being right about the diagnosis matters more than the size of one invoice.

Domain, hosting, booking system, analytics — all created in your name, all handed over with the logins. Nothing is held hostage.
Your customer data stays yours
We never sell, share or reuse your customer information. Access is limited to what is needed to build the system, and removed at handover.
Written scope before we start
You approve exactly what is being built and what it costs before any work begins. Changes are agreed in writing, not assumed.
Two full revision rounds
Design and copy each include two complete rounds of revisions. We would rather adjust it than hand over something you tolerate.
Security as standard
Two-factor authentication on every account we create, HTTPS everywhere, role-based permissions and no shared passwords.
Documented handover
A written guide and a recorded walkthrough of your system, so your team can run it without depending on us.
